Crocs are an oft-derided piece of footwear. This is wrong.

To start, here is the set of professions that wear crocs in the line of duty:

Other arguments in favour of crocs are self-evident: they are comfortable, waterproof, breathable, playful, and stylish. They are perhaps the customiseable footwear, both in look (jibbitz), and in function (relax-mode or sport-mode).
